Cancellation & Refund Policy

Engineering services

Custom firmware, hardware design, and consulting are billed against agreed milestones. Work already delivered is non-refundable. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded at UniqueEmbedded’s discretion after deducting work performed and committed component costs.

Product orders

Cancellations requested before dispatch can be accepted. Once a hardware shipment has been handed to the courier, refunds follow inspection of returned goods in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider.
